Qualifications

• 12+ years of investment banking experience with a strong focus on M&A advisory.
• Proven track record of deal origination and revenue generation.
• Extensive experience leading complex transactions from pitch through close.
• Strong network of corporate, sponsor, and professional relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships independently.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Origination & Coverage: source, originate, and execute sell-side and buy-side M&A assignments; build long-term relationships with CEOs, CFOs, boards, sponsors, and other decision-makers; advise on strategic alternatives and shareholder value initiatives.
• Transaction Execution: lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions; oversee marketing materials, financial analysis, and transaction documentation; manage deal teams for high-quality execution and timely delivery.
• Leadership & Team Development: mentor and develop junior bankers; partner with product and coverage teams to drive cross-sell opportunities; contribute to growth and direction of the M&A franchise.
