You will have the opportunity to work closely with executive leaders in executing end-to-end M&A processes and help drive strategic decision making through organic and inorganic growth.

Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Drive strategic decision making on organic and inorganic work through strategic initiatives and projects
• Conduct research and lead analyses on target companies, industries, and markets
• Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis.
• Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities through market analysis and interactions with business partners

Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience within Corporate Development or Investment Banking
• Healthcare experience preferred
• M&A deal experience and knowledge
• Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
