The role focuses on developing and executing acquisition and partnership-led strategies, conducting market and financial analysis, and leading cross-functional teams through due diligence and deal negotiations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in M&A advisory or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel >50%.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A advisory, corporate development, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• Ability to design and run market, competitive, and regulatory insight programs.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and build long-range financial plans; Excel required.
• Strong financial acumen with sales, operating and capital spend analysis.
• Familiarity with various valuation modelling techniques.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel >50% and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the US; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Strategy & Business Development in acquiring and partnering efforts and portfolio optimization.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform growth strategies.
• Collaborate on inorganic growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own the acquisition pipeline and target company database.
• Coordinate deal sourcing with leaders across the organization.
• Develop deal value creation plans and deal theses.
• Prepare investment committee memos for executive leadership discussions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and liaise with sellers and advisors during due diligence.
• Build valuation models and perform financial planning and analysis.
• Contribute to improving M&A and integration playbooks.
