Fusion Life Sciences is seeking an Operations Integration Project Manager (Contractor) to support multiple initiatives across the company, including operations integrations, quality remediations, process improvements, and system implementations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive timely, on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, change management, and consulting skills in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of cross-functional project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Implement M&A integration plans that support objectives, timelines, budgets, resources pool, milestones, deliverables and end-of-integration success criteria.
• Lead integration initiatives and teams to realize synergies and/or execute functional area transitions.
• Drive day-to-day execution of the integration process, coaching cross-functional teams and leading weekly integration team meetings to ensure activity plans are current and being executed.
• Implement the integration scorecard to track progress toward goals.
• Prepare and conduct project status reports to update executive management on progress, risks and issues.
• Provide direction and coaching to M&A integrations consultants and contractors.
• Manage project execution to deliver within budget and review deliverables for quality.
