Job summary

Strike IT Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced M&A Integration Project Manager for an interim/part-time contract. The role is remote with approximately 2-3 days per week (up to 10 days per month) for a 6-month initial duration.

The candidate will lead the integration of recently acquired businesses, coordinating priorities, delivery and a smooth transition into the operating model while managing people, processes and cultures across organisations.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience across business change, operations and technology.
• Experience coordinating across acquiring and acquired businesses.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Ability to translate high-level integration objectives into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan with milestones and ownership.
• Define integration scope, priorities and success measures with leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration workstreams (operations, technology, finance, HR, commercial).
• Assess processes/systems to identify gaps and alignment opportunities.
• Establish governance, reporting, and escalation routes.
