Everforth Apex is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead idea generation, development, and implementation across multiple departments in an onsite Atlanta role. The candidate will drive project planning, scope, timelines, and governance, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.

With 10–15 years of progressive PM experience, you will mentor teams, manage budgets, and apply best practices to optimize processes and outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, frameworks, tools, and software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Define, manage, and control project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
• Identify, communicate, and liaise with key stakeholders between various business departments.
• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs and financial reports, using data analytics tools.
• Develop and execute comprehensive risk management and mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges.
• Monitor project performance, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Apply advanced PM methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Mentor and coach project team members, promoting professional development and project management excellence.
