Job summary

CX Institutional LLC seeks a Partner Integration Associate to identify financial advisors for potential M&A opportunities. You will contact advisor suspects, perform outbound calls and emails, qualify meetings, and schedule introductory meetings with senior leadership.

Salesforce knowledge is required, and you’ll report to the Partner Integration Team Lead. The role emphasizes a Monday–Friday schedule, in-office work in Plano, TX, with an uncapped bonus structure and a $200 bonus per qualified

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a routine-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the M&A lead generation system.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to suspects.
• Document conversations and create/follow up on tasks in the CRM.
• Remain compliant with relevant policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team to deliver customer service beyond expectations.
