Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business development, sales, or channel/referral programs.
• Experience with CRM systems (DealCloud preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in partner- and client-facing situations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop a starter book of referral partners within an assigned market, building relationships.
• Generate qualified referral opportunities and qualify prospects to fit target market.
• Represent the firm at events, meetings, and opportunities to build market presence.
• Maintain alignment with marketing materials and firm content.
• Support the Director in partner meetings and drive lead generation over time.
