Weekly travel is expected, with regular visits to prospective partners, industry events, and key market stakeholders.
Partnership Development Associate Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate relationships with business owners, executives, and prospective partners across target markets.
- Proactively identify, research, and engage potential partnership and acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct market, industry, and company analysis to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Create presentations, outreach campaigns, and executive-level materials for leadership discussions.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Development and executive leadership to evaluate and advance growth opportunities.
- Support transaction-related activities, including market assessments, valuation work, and financial analysis.
- Take ownership of sourcing efforts and help drive opportunities from initial outreach through transaction execution.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, M&A Business Development, Private Equity, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Self-starter mentality with a desire to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Exposure to M&A, deal sourcing, partnerships, business development, or transaction-related work preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
