Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions M&A IT team seeks a Senior Consultant to guide clients through IT integration and divestiture during transactions. You will analyze applications, infrastructure, and operating models, and help define Day 1 to end-state requirements.

Join a team that develops workplans, performs financial analyses, builds client-ready deliverables, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver value. Travel up to 50% and contribute to complex deal-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery within the information technology function.
• 4+ years of experience in one information technology domain.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years consulting or industry experience; MBA + 2+ years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through IT integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution.
• Assessing applications, infrastructure, data, and IT operating models to identify Day 1, transitional, and end-state requirements.
• Developing workplans, tracking milestones, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and identifying changes in scope or risks.
• Building business cases, financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support IT synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.
• Working with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs, communicate recommendations, and deliver work aligned to client needs and engagement objectives.
