Qualifications

• 4+ years in M&A IT delivery and/or divestiture service.
• 4+ years in one information technology domain.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through IT integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution.
• Assess applications, infrastructure, data, and IT operating models to identify Day 1, transitional, and end-state requirements.
• Develop workplans, tracking milestones, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and identifying changes in scope or risks.
• Build business cases, financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support IT synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.
• Work with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs, communicate recommendations, and deliver work aligned to client needs and engagement objectives.
