Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an M&A IT Manager to join the M&A Integration & Divestiture (I&D) team within Strategy & Transactions. You will support clients through complex mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, focusing on technology and IT operating models across Day 1 and TSA planning.

A successful candidate will lead IT workstreams, assess technology environments, and deliver client-ready materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams; travel 50% on average is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years experience in M&A integration/divestiture within IT.
• 6+ years leading IT due diligence, IT integration, IT separation, or IT transformation workstreams.
• 6+ years experience assessing enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model impacts in a transaction or transformation environment.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Assess client technology environments, risks, dependencies, and recommend Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop client-ready materials: assessments, operating models, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Coach junior team members and support business development and practice-building activities.
