Job summary

The Integration Manager – M&A at Insurance Office of America (IOA) will plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Serving as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners, you will develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and ensure outcomes stay on schedule and within budget, aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple teams and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute M&A integration projects.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across the organization.
• Develop project plans, manage milestones and budgets.
• Manage risks, changes, and governance structures.
• Communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and external partners.
