Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The role demands defining roadmaps, managing risks, and driving alignment to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures that support goals.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, teams.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address issues.
• Develop communication plans and provide leadership updates.
• Utilize metrics and reporting frameworks to measure progress.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and external partners to drive execution.
• Drive process improvement and organizational change capabilities.
• Demonstrate leadership and professional development within the team.
