Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to own post-signing integration plans and coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Engineering. You will turn deal terms into an operating plan, track success metrics, and ensure commitments are delivered after close.

This is a build role focused on creating the integration playbook, running live deals, and refining processes for faster, clearer execution while managing risk and open issues.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in M&A integration, corporate development, or a related PMO/transformation role.
  • Track record running multi-workstream plans across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and other groups.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity on time-sensitive deals and ability to escalate when needed.
  • Experience in defense and/or aerospace is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to brief executives concisely.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-signing integration planning end to end: 30/60/100-day plan translating deal terms into reality.
  • Serve as continuity between deal team and business, ensuring integration commitments are delivered.
  • Lead cross-functional integration workstreams with clear owners, milestones, and escalation paths.
  • Track and report integration synergies, cost and revenue against deal assumptions.
  • Identify and manage integration risk and post-close issues.
  • Build and maintain the standard integration playbook and cadence for faster execution.
