Job summary

JAS is seeking a C1 Integration & Support Manager to lead operational integration tasks within mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with the Global Project Manager and stakeholders to finalize project tasks on time and ensure smooth system integrations.

Responsibilities include documenting IT integration requirements, conducting gap analyses, coordinating training, and providing go-live support while managing risk and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, and CargoWise C1 experience.
• Experience with C1 integrations and system data mapping.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Discovery documentation for operational setup.
• Identify system configuration and process gaps.
• Analyze existing business processes and data flows.
• Perform gap analysis and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with SMEs and department stakeholders.
• Define granular operational tasks for project planning.
• Document IT operational requirements (integrations, accounting, tax).
• Run initial C1 testing and obtain UAT sign-off.
