Job summary

Korn Ferry partnered with our client to identify a Sr. Director of M&A Integration (IMO) for the Atlanta area. This role leads the Integration Management Office, coordinating post-merger integration across IT, Finance, HR, and operations to ensure rapid and disciplined execution.

The candidate will oversee data migration, platform consolidation, and standardized reporting while minimizing business disruption in a PE-backed environment. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience leading complex post-merger integration or enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience integrating ERP, financial reporting, CRM, HRIS, project management, or other enterprise platforms after mergers.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, application consolidation, and technology standardization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of enterprise systems integration initiatives.
• Coordinate ERP, financial systems, CRM, HRIS, project management, BI, and platform consolidation from planning to stabilization.
• Develop roadmaps for systems integration including data migration, testing, cutover planning, and user readiness.
• Align master data structures, reporting hierarchies, workflows, security models, interfaces, and data governance across legacy orgs.
• Partner with technical teams and vendors to identify risks in data quality, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and performance.
