Job summary

Banko Overhead Doors seeks a Corporate Development and Integration Manager to own post-acquisition integration from close through operational alignment in the Southeast. The role leads financial integration, charts of accounts mapping, and KPI alignment while driving synergy capture.

The role reports to the CFO, collaborates with executives, and oversees special projects to scale the platform and improve performance across multiple locations from our Tampa, FL headquarters.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial foundation; map chart of accounts and discuss month-end close.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to build dashboards and run analyses.
• Willingness to travel for acquisitions and integrations across the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A strategy and due diligence coordination across financial, operational, and commercial workstreams.
• Own end-to-end integration planning for acquired businesses, including chart of accounts mapping and month-end close rationalization.
• Develop and deploy integration playbooks and onboarding templates for growth pipelines.
