Digital Realty is seeking a Sr. Director, Head of Integration Mgmt. Office and Post M&A Integrations to lead planning, governance, and value realization of transactions worldwide, building a scalable IMO and ensuring Day 1 readiness and Day 100 execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leading M&A integrations or large-scale programs.
• Proven success building governance, operating models, and IMO.
• Experience with public companies and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions globally.
• Develop integration strategies with corporate development and business leaders.
• Build and scale a best-in-class Integration Management Office with playbooks.
• Manage integrated master plans, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exits.
• Establish governance, milestone reviews, and executive reporting standards.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Ops, Tech, HR, Legal.
• Recruit and lead a team of integration professionals across regions.
• Oversee portfolio-wide risk, KPIs, value realization, and dependencies.
• Coordinate culture, change management, and workforce readiness.
