  • Collaborating with teams across operations, technology, finance, and data to deliver integration initiatives and drive long term value creation.
  • Mapping existing processes and designing enhanced future state workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Overseeing data migration activities, testing programmes, and implementation readiness to support successful transition milestones.
  • Developing management reporting, performance metrics, and analytical insights to support informed decision making by senior stakeholders.
  • Monitoring integration progress, identifying key risks, and implementing solutions to maintain momentum and delivery timelines.
  • Building strong relationships with acquired businesses and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring a positive integration experience.
