Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Senior Director, Head of Integration Management Office and Post M&A Integrations to lead planning, execution, governance of transactions worldwide. You will mature the IMO, build scalable governance, and ensure Day 1 readiness and Day 100 execution, aligning with strategic objectives.

The role collaborates with Corporate Development, Acquisitions, and business leaders to realize synergies, minimize disruption, and deliver value through disciplined integration programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading M&A integrations or large-scale programs.
• Experience building and scaling an IMO or similar governance body.
• Proven ability to manage multiple integrations across geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions across Digital Realty's global portfolio.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Acquisitions, sponsors, and business leaders to develop integration strategies and post-close execution plans.
• Build, scale, and lead a best-in-class Integration Management Office (IMO) with governance, operating models, methodologies, reporting standards, and playbooks.
• Develop and manage integrated master plans, Day 1 readiness, Day 100 execution plans, TSA exits, synergies.
• Establish enterprise governance frameworks, executive steering, milestone reviews, risk management, and reporting standards.
• Drive alignment across Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, Legal, Product, and others during integration.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of integration professionals for multiple acquisitions.
• Maintain portfolio oversight across concurrent integrations, monitoring risks, KPIs, value realization, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications, culture integration, change management, and workforce readiness.
• Drive post-integration reviews and continuous improvement of integration capabilities.
