Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large transformation initiatives. This role acts as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in project management with P&C insurance and strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience is required.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure appropriate support.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
