Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate objectives into actionable plans, and deliver Day 1 readiness and post-close stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
• Seven+ years of project, program, or M&A integration experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with executives and vendors.
• Experience managing project plans, risk logs, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex M&A integration projects from planning to stabilization.
• Develops integration plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness trackers.
• Coordinates cross-functional workstreams across operations, finance, HR, legal, IT, and facilities.
• Translates acquisition objectives into actionable integration plans and governance routines.
• Prepares executive-ready updates, dashboards, and escalation materials.
