Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration projects, coordinating executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business, 8–10+ years in P&C insurance project management, and preferably PMP; remote work in ET Zones with some on-site as needed, and a strong emphasis on governance, risk management, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years in project management and P&C insurance.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large enterprise transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes and systems.
• Develop risk mitigation and track milestones to stay on budget.
• Communicate project status and outcomes to leadership.
