Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager for M&A to lead planning, coordination, and execution of merger and acquisition integrations and major transformation initiatives.

The role acts as a key liaison among executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners, driving projects on time and within budget through risk management, governance, and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience are required.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring alignment with budgets and objectives.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
