Job summary

Insurance Office of America is hiring an Integration Manager for M&A integration and large-scale transformation initiatives. The role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive integration outcomes, manage risks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate leads complex M&A programs, defines roadmaps, and coordinates internal resources and external partners while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proven leadership capability with track record of driving results

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, governance structures.
• Project Scope & Requirements: define scope, objectives, dependencies, align with priorities.
• M&A Integration Leadership: lead cross-functional integration initiatives.
• Transformation Program Management: oversee large-scale transformation projects.
• Resource Coordination: manage internal resources and vendors.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: develop plans, monitor progress, ensure milestones.
• Change Management: manage scope changes and implementation activities.
• Risk Management: identify risks, develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: develop plans and provide status updates to leadership.
• Performance Measurement: use PM tools and metrics to evaluate progress.
• Documentation & Governance: maintain project docs and governance records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with leaders across functions.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement scalable improvements.
• Leadership & Professional Development: strengthen PM and change capabilities.
