Job summary

Insurance Office of America is hiring an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large-scale transformation initiatives. You will liaise with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-schedule delivery and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business (MBA preferred) with 8-10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, and experience leading M&A integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage resources and external vendors to support execution.
• Develop communication plans and provide updates to leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
