The role focuses on building a repeatable integration playbook, assessing risks, and guiding organizations through day-one to day-100 execution, with executive leadership alignment on milestones and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead confirmatory diligence workstreams post-LOI with legal, finance, product, engineering, and research teams.
• Develop and maintain due diligence frameworks for various acquisition types.
• Own the integration readiness assessment and provide go/no-go input.
• Coordinate technical deep dives to validate product-market fit and code quality.
• Design and own end-to-end integration plans for each transaction.
• Build a scalable integration playbook with templates and decision frameworks.
• Develop integration timelines with product, engineering, HR, IT, and legal.
• Facilitate introductions between acquired teams and internal stakeholders.
• Model financial and operational scenarios to stress-test integration assumptions.
• Drive day-one and day-100 integration execution and report KPIs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for acquired teams during transition.
• Partner with HR to design onboarding and retention plans for key talent.
• Conduct post-integration retrospectives and feed insights forward.
• Report integration KPIs to leadership.
