Job summary

Signers National is seeking a Director, M&A Integration to own the end-to-end integration for acquired companies, from diligence through value realization. You will design and lead the integration operating model, governance, and a repeatable playbook to capture synergies.

You will coordinate finance, HR, IT, operations, sales, legal, and tax teams, ensuring Day 1 readiness, retention plans, and clear handoffs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including direct ownership of multiple post-merger integrations (buy-side).
• Demonstrated accountability for synergy capture and value realization.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen; connects integration activities to the deal's value and P&L impact.
• Excellent program management and executive-presence; remains calm under pressure and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integration operating model, governance, and repeatable playbook.
• Lead the Integration Management Office across transactions and coordinate functional workstreams.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and retention plans for acquired employees.
• Run governance routines: cadence, reporting, milestones, escalation.
• Ensure exit criteria are met and handoffs to business lines.
• Partner with the deal team during diligence to test value thesis.
