Qualifications

• 6+ years in M&A integration or related PMO/transformation role.
• Experience leading multi-workstream integration across Finance, HR, Legal, IT and more.
• Ability to brief executives concisely and drive commitments to closure.

Responsibilities

• Own post-signing integration planning end to end with 30/60/100-day plans.
• Serve as continuity between deal team and business to deliver commitments.
• Run cross-functional workstreams with clear owners and milestones.
• Track synergies, cost and revenue against deal assumptions.
• Identify and manage post-close integration risks and disputes.
