Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute post-merger integration across multiple acquisitions. You will lead from LOI through post-close, aligning people, processes, technology, and culture with the firm’s playbooks and standards.

The role requires strong project management, change management, and exceptional communication skills to minimize disruption and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRIS, or practice management platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integration Leadership: Lead end-to-end post-merger integration activities across multiple acquisitions, developing and managing detailed workplans and timelines.
• Project Management: Facilitate recurring integration meetings, monitor project health, risks, and dependencies, and report to executives.
• Change Management: Support acquired leaders through integration, promote effective communication and adoption of firm standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as primary integration contact, prepare executive status updates and presentations.
• Continuous Improvement: Improve integration playbooks, templates, and KPIs based on lessons learned.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Risk, and Practice Management.
