Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Manager, M&A Integration to lead the operational integration of acquired businesses from close through full stabilization. You will coordinate business units, drive accountability, and ensure embedded execution within Net at Work's standards, processes, systems, and culture.

In this fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will collaborate with executives across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and Legal to advance integration plans, mitigate risks, and keep initiatives on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years in cross-functional initiatives, PMO, consulting, or M&A integration.
• Experience managing multiple projects with executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility across leadership.
• Experience in technology services, managed services, SaaS, or PE-backed environments is preferred.
• PM methodologies; PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive sponsors to set integration priorities, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive integration roadmaps, work plans, milestones, risks, and status reports.
• Support due diligence by identifying operational requirements and risks before close.
• Manage relationships with acquired leadership teams and sellers during integration.
• Foster collaborative, solutions-oriented integration culture across units.
• Lead post-onboarding integration activities for multiple acquisitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
• Coordinate policy alignment and change management activities.
• Oversee billing conversions, ERP transitions, CRM alignment, and process standardization.
• Coordinate technology migrations including access, security, and applications.
• Partner with Finance on earnouts, holdbacks, reconciliations, and integration activities.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; drive accountability through executive dashboards.
• Document lessons learned and improve integration playbooks and governance models.
• Ensure ownership transfers to business leaders after objectives are achieved.
