Job summary

Bluespring Wealth Partners, part of Kestra Holdings, is seeking a Business Analyst to shape how acquired firms transition into Bluespring’s operating model. You’ll lead discovery, design future-state workflows, and drive data migrations in a fast-paced integration environment.

With 5+ years in business analysis and experience in M&A or multi‑entity settings, you will partner with technology and business teams to deliver actionable integration plans, dashboards, and training materials to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in M&A or multi-entity settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project.
• Experience in wealth management or integration programs preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery during due diligence to capture high‑level business processes and inform integration scope, sequencing, and resource planning.
• Identify process, data, and operational risks; develop mitigation plans and elevate critical issues to integration leadership.
• Analyze and document current‑state processes across acquired firms and enterprise functions, translating findings into actionable integration plans.
• Design current‑to‑future‑state workflow mappings aligned with the target operating model, highlighting gaps and harmonization needs.
• Drive adoption of improved workflows by collaborating with firms and shared services teams, updating SOPs and related documentation.
• Partner with technology teams to define integration requirements, evaluate solution options, and ensure alignment with enterprise systems strategy.
• Lead data migration and UAT efforts, including mapping, validation, cutover planning, test scenario design, and readiness for go‑live.
• Develop training materials to support adoption of Bluespring’s technology ecosystem and enterprise platforms.
• Build dashboards and conduct data analysis to track KPI progress, identify trends or risks, and inform leadership decisions.
• Facilitate cross‑firm collaboration, produce high‑quality process documentation, and influence stakeholders through clear communication and structured analysis
