Bluespring acquires successful, growing wealth management businesses from inside and outside the Kestra Holdings ecosystem, promoting advisor autonomy and entrepreneurship while providing operational scale and efficiencies for its partner firms. Our advisor‑focused culture is built on innovation and advocacy, enabling advisors to offer comprehensive securities and investment advisory solutions to their clients.

Lead with Purpose. Partner with Impact.

As the Business Analyst, you will report to the Head of the Merger & Integration Management Office (IMO) and play a critical role in shaping how acquired firms transition into the Bluespring operating model. You will apply advanced analytical, process, and problem‑solving skills to design solutions to complex business challenges, inform integration strategies, and ensure readiness across operational, data, and technology dimensions. This role is central to driving successful integrations that support the firm’s vision, growth strategy, and long‑term scalability.

You will operate as a key member of a dynamic, highly collaborative IMO team, contributing expertise, perspective, and structure to continually refine and optimize our integration approach. The role is hands‑on and highly autonomously suited for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy broad responsibility, and are comfortable influencing across organizations. You will be expected to lead discovery, guide future‑state design, elevate reporting and analysis, and serve as a trusted advisor to both the IMO and acquired firms throughout the integration lifecycle.

What you’ll Do:
  • Lead functional discovery during due diligence to capture high‑level business processes and inform integration scope, sequencing, and resource planning.
  • Identify process, data, and operational risks; develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to integration leadership.
  • Analyze and document current‑state processes across acquired firms and enterprise functions, translating findings into actionable integration plans.
  • Design current‑to‑future‑state workflow mappings aligned with the target operating model, highlighting gaps and harmonization needs.
  • Drive adoption of improved workflows by collaborating with firms and shared services teams, updating SOPs and related documentation.
  • Partner with technology teams to define integration requirements, evaluate solution options, and ensure alignment with enterprise systems strategy.
  • Lead data migration and UAT efforts, including mapping, validation, cutover planning, test scenario design, and readiness for go‑live.
  • Develop training materials to support adoption of Bluespring’s technology ecosystem and enterprise platforms.
  • Build dashboards and conduct data analysis to track KPI progress, identify trends or risks, and inform leadership decisions.
  • Facilitate cross‑firm collaboration, produce high‑quality process documentation, and influence stakeholders through clear communication and structured analysis.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience, with significant exposure to M&A integrations, transformation programs, or complex multi‑entity operating environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry related experience.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools (Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project) and standard project management approaches.
  • Experience in wealth management ideally within a growth‑oriented, change‑driven, or integration‑focused role.
  • Experience leading process harmonization, workflow redesign, or system integration efforts strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across merging organizations.
  • Advanced analytical abilities, including strong process engineering, workflow design, and data interpretation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast‑paced integration environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational model design, business architecture, and cross‑functional process dependencies.
  • Proficiency with SQL or other analytical tools; Salesforce experience ideal.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, provide structure, and drive clarity in fluid integration scenarios.
  • Experience contributing to change management, adoption planning, and cross‑firm harmonization initiatives.
  • Travel up to 25%.
