Job summary

Composition Wealth seeks a Strategic Analyst to drive integrations and M&A initiatives, reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives. You will focus on integrating acquired firms onto the Composition platform, with potential involvement in deal evaluation, due diligence, and strategic projects such as AI and growth analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3–5 years in wealth management, financial services, consulting, or banking.
Track record running multiple projects under deadlines.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce experience preferred.
Working familiarity with AI tools; Power BI or similar a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead integration workstreams for acquired firms and manage milestones.
Support deal evaluation and build financial models for opportunities.
Assist AI implementations and analytics for advisory growth.
