Kestra Financial seeks a Business Analyst to shape how acquired firms transition into the Bluespring operating model. You will lead discovery, map current to future processes, and partner with tech teams to define integration requirements.

The role emphasizes data migration, reporting, and change management across multiple entities. You will work autonomously in a fast-paced IMO team, influencing stakeholders and guiding readiness in data, process, and technology domains.

Formación

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with exposure to M&A integrations or complex multi‑entity programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry related experience.
• Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, and standard PM approaches.
• Experience in wealth management or growth/change driven integration roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders across merging organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional discovery during due diligence to inform integration scope, sequencing, and resource planning.
• Identify process, data, and operational risks; develop mitigation plans and elevate issues to leadership.
• Analyze current‑state processes and translate findings into actionable integration plans.
• Design current‑to‑future‑state workflow mappings aligned with the target operating model.
• Drive adoption of improved workflows and update SOPs and documentation.
• Partner with technology teams to define integration requirements and evaluate solutions.
• Lead data migration and UAT, including mapping, validation, cutover planning, and go‑live readiness.
• Develop training materials to support adoption of Bluespring’s tech ecosystem.
• Build dashboards and conduct data analysis to track KPI progress and inform leadership decisions.
• Facilitate cross‑firm collaboration and produce high‑quality process documentation.
