Job summary

Gaynor Staffing seeks an Integrations & M&A Analyst to drive integration workstreams for acquired firms and support deal evaluation. You’ll report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and work across investment, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful migrations and value realization.

As capacity allows, you’ll contribute to deal due diligence, AI pilots, and analytics for advisory growth. A strong backbone in finance and project execution is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Experience advancing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration workstreams for acquired firms with plans and milestones.
• Assess systems and translate findings into detailed requirements.
• Coordinate across investment, tech, operations, accounting, and compliance.
• Protect data integrity during client and financial data migrations.
• Develop and improve playbooks; surface risks to leadership.
