Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in wealth management, fintech, financial services operations, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• CDMP (DAMA), ASQ Data Quality Credential, CIMP – Data Quality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data readiness planning and migration activities.
• Lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, and migration for acquisitions.
• Coordinate migrations across advisor platforms and teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity before/after migrations.
• Partner with Compliance, Platform, and Ops to meet regulatory requirements.
• Document data flows and integration dependencies for knowledge transfer.
