OnePoint BFG Wealth Partners in Parsippany, New Jersey, is seeking a Head of Mergers & Acquisitions to drive inorganic growth by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying acquisition opportunities with independent financial advisors and RIA owners.

You will collaborate with Rise Growth and internal deal teams, build and maintain the materials used in M&A, and report to the Chief Strategy Officer. A robust background in finance and deal origination is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record of originating deals and building a sales pipeline.
• Experience in the RIA, wealth management, or independent advisory industry.

Mansioni

• Lead front-end sourcing and engagement with independent financial advisors and RIA owners.
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to M&A team for due diligence and execution.
• Maintain CRM records and report on activity, conversions, and pipeline health.
• Build tools, templates, and content to support the M&A process.
