Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Finance Manager, M&A to drive acquisition strategy by evaluating opportunities across RIAs, independent practices, and wealth management firms. You will lead analyses, build financial models, and guide transaction workstreams from diligence through integration.

The role reports to Finance leadership and requires strong modeling, valuation, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid in-office requirements apply, with focus on scalability and integration execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 5–8 years of progressive M&A, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition opportunities across RIAs and wealth management firms.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for transaction economics.
• Support deal valuation, structuring, and purchase price allocation inputs.
• Prepare investment memos and board-ready presentations.
• Coordinate post-close integration milestones and synergies.
