Savvy Wealth in NYC is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team. You will identify, source, and nurture financial advisors and wealth managers with transferrable books of business, using prospecting, discovery calls, and CRM-driven reporting to build a strong pipeline.

You will collaborate with the Strategic Growth team to refine target profiles, execute multi-channel outreach (digital databases, email, social media, and cold-calling), and help attract top advisory talent

Competenze

• 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting and/or sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Highly motivated and resilient with a track record of meeting targets.

Mansioni

• Proactively prospect to identify and engage potential financial advisors.
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations to uncover pain points.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and engagement histories.
