The role scales toward a $1B+ multi-office RIA and emphasizes scalable systems, people development, and durable relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong executive presence and strategic leadership required.
• Experience coaching senior advisors to raise performance.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management, RIA models, and growth systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine growth framework for organic advisor enablement.
• Build and manage a robust M&A pipeline and integration efforts.
• Coach senior advisors to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to set growth expectations and accountability.
