Energy Transfer is seeking a Growth Analytics professional to support fuel distribution acquisitions through research, modeling, and deal execution. You will analyze markets, build forward-looking cash flow models, assess synergies, and help structure agreements to optimize long-term cash flow.

The role involves collaboration across teams to ensure transactions align with strategic objectives and capitalize on optimization opportunities within fuel distribution assets.

Formación

• 2+ years of work experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling of capital projects and acquisition targets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability.

Responsabilidades

• Support closure of deals exceeding EBITDA objectives with a strong pipeline.
• Conduct market analysis for potential targets including competition, trends, regulation, and population shifts.
• Create detailed financial models to assess deals, including run rate adjustments and capital needs.
• Track due diligence and ensure agreements reflect integration needs and deadlines.
• Provide financial modeling information to support legal and other teams for closing transactions.
• Assist with optimizing fuel distribution assets and strategic asset path decisions.
