Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Asset Optimization to identify opportunities across NGL, Refined Products, Petrochemical, Industrial Gas, and related infrastructure systems. You will work with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Scheduling, and Project Development teams to evaluate asset performance and develop actionable business cases that maximize value.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data translation, and the ability to deliver economics dashboards and reports

Qualifications

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Analyze asset utilization, throughput, inventory, operational performance, and market data to identify optimization opportunities.
Develop economic evaluations, sensitivity analyses, and financial models to support project development.
Prepare presentations and reports for management and key stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive developments that may impact asset utilization and optimization opportunities.
