Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a Growth Analytics professional to support fuel distribution acquisitions through research, analysis, and deal execution. The role reports to the Manager of Growth Analytics and focuses on market research, cash flow modeling, synergy capture, and capital planning.

You will track due diligence, support legal and integration teams, and help optimize assets across the fuel distribution network, ensuring targets align with long-term cash flow objectives.

• Proficiency in financial modeling of capital projects and acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the closure of deals that exceed EBITDA objectives and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Conduct market analysis for potential targets, including regulation and trends.
• Create detailed financial models to assess deals and run rate adjustments.
• Track due diligence and ensure timely progress with cross-functional teams.
• Provide financial information for legal and other teams to close transactions.
• Support integration work and assure smooth closing and alignment of assets.
• Contribute to M&A strategy to align targets with long-term cash flow objectives.
• Serve as a financial consultant to operations to improve deal viability.
• Assist with optimizing fuel distribution assets with other teams.
