Devon Energy Corp. seeks a Corporate Development Professional to deliver rigorous financial analysis for M&A and A&D transactions. The role builds and maintains models (DCF, NAV, accretion/dilution) to underpin investment decisions and supports the full transaction lifecycle from screening through execution.

You will collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Engineering to ensure inputs reflect current operational and financial assumptions and help develop the Corp Dev analytics infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business required.
• 3+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated financial modeling experience (DCF, NAV, comps) required.
• Familiarity with Enverus, FactSet, or Bloomberg preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and maintains financial models to evaluate acquisition, divestiture, and merger opportunities (DCF, NAV, accretion/dilution, comps).
• Supports preparation of investment screening materials, pro forma analyses, and transaction presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Participates in due diligence, synthesizing inputs into investment-ready analysis.
• Assists in developing and maintaining analytics infrastructure for the Corp Dev team, templates, and diligence frameworks.
• Monitors E&P market activity and deal flow to identify opportunities and inform positioning.
• Supports preparation of bid packages, IOIs, and LOIs on A&D transactions with land, engineering, and legal teams.
• Maintains relationships with energy investment banks and advisors to stay current on market intelligence.
