Expand Energy Corporation seeks an M&A Lead to advance strategic growth by building sophisticated financial models for energy investments and leading execution on transactions across the energy value chain.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in private equity, investment banking, or related finance roles within energy, with strong regulatory and asset-heavy understanding and the ability to present to the Board.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years in corporate development, investment banking, PE, consulting, or financial analysis in energy.
  • MBA, CFA, or energy certifications preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Build complex financial models for energy transactions across upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, and power.
  • Develop valuation analyses using DCF, NAV, commodity price sensitivities, and comps.
  • Conduct accretion/dilution modeling to measure earnings impact.
  • Analyze synergies, integration risks and operational factors in energy deals.
  • Prepare investment decks and executive presentations for senior leadership and Board.
