• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist on financial due diligence engagements from planning to completion.
• Work with staff, managers and partners across service lines.
• Attend client meetings and manage data flow and dataroom.
• Build analysis packages (e.g., Excel models) to analyze financial data.
• Develop key insights and support deal process timelines.
• Engage in networking and mentorship activities.
• Contribute to community outreach activities.
