Responsibilities

• Assist on financial due diligence engagements from planning to completion.
• Attend meetings with clients, management, PE firms, and bankers.
• Manage data flow and monitor the dataroom.
• Collaborate with offshore support to build an analysis package (e.g., Excel models).
• Develop analyses to identify key insights for clients.
• Support deal process and meet internal/external deadlines.
• Participate in networking and professional development activities.
