Job summary

Grant Thornton LLP is seeking a Financial Due Diligence Intern to support M&A transactions across industries. You will assist in planning, execution, and completion of financial due diligence engagements and learn to apply core diligence skills for sell-side and buy-side clients.

You will work closely with staff, managers, and partners across service lines, gaining exposure to data analysis, client meetings, and deal-related decision making in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting.
• GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on financial due diligence engagements from start to finish.
• Learn to apply fundamental financial due diligence skills on sell-side and buy-side assignments.
• Collaborate with staff, managers and partners across service lines.
